When foreigners think of Dwarves, most picture a stereotypical image of a drunken brawler, rushing headlong into battle, screaming a strange battle cry and fighting to the death over age-old grudges, uncollected debts, or ancestral vendettas. Kilroy Stonekin is that Dwarf. A veteran of glorious battles against the Stone Summit and campaigns deep within Sorrow's Furnace, Kilroy has traveled north looking for new adventures and new battles.

• When he appears in explorable area of the Far Shiverpeaks, he gives out a repeatable "mini-quest" to go on a rampage against Stone Summit in the area. The reward for this is 30 Dwarf reputation points and a Dwarven Ale.
• Kilroy appears in the Norn Fighting Tournament as just Kilroy.

• Kilroy Stonekin appears to be a reference to the famous World of Warcraft character Leeroy Jenkins, who gained fame in a video made by his guild in which he interrupts his team's planning by shouting out his name, then charges into battle far before they are ready, getting his entire team killed in the process. This bears a similarity to the quest Kilroy Stonekin's Punch-Out Extravaganza! in which the player and Stonekin run through a dungeon filled with enemies, empowered by Stonekin's eponymous shout, much like his inspiration's own warcry. Stonekin's armor also bears resemblance to dwarven armor in World of Warcraft, further supporting this theory.
