Sway or spiritway (commonly referred to as shitway) is a gimmick build frequently seen in Heroes' Ascent. It has many variations, but some of the key features include several spirits, both Binding Rituals and Nature Rituals. Elementalist/Ritualists form the backline, instead of the more commonplace Monks - the E/Rts are used because they do not rely on enchantments which are hindered by the various spirits and they gain energy through Ether Prism. Sway frontline usually consists of Rangers with Daggers or (less common in the current metagame) Hammers or Scythes. These rangers train an enemy for an entire match without variation, spamming their 0.25 ¼ second no-aftercast dagger attacks while not bothering to worry about positioning because of the near-invincibility provided by Escape or energy because of Expertise.
