PvP Updates[edit]
- Added support for the August Flux.

- The August Flux effect allows players under the effect of Sugar Rush or Sugar Jolt to die while running in any PvP outpost, including the Guild hall.

Skill Changes[edit]
- Assault Enchantments: this skill now has no attribute.
- Forked Arrow: this skill now has no attribute.
- Hexbreaker Aria: this skill now has no attribute.
- Lift Enchantment: this skill now has no attribute.
- Mirror of Disenchantment: this skill now has no attribute.
- Mirror of Disenchantment (PvP): this skill now has no attribute.
- Song of Concentration: this skill now has no attribute.
Creature Updates[edit]
- Warden of Saprophytes and Falaharn Mistwarden now use Mantis Touch.
- Ssaresh Rattler now uses Fox Fangs.
Bug Fixes[edit]
- Fixed a bug that caused Blinding Powder to apply Blindness for too long with 0 points in Shadow Arts.
- Fixed a bug that caused Mandragor's Charge to cause Health loss instead of dealing damage.
- Fixed a text bug that caused Vabbian Nobles in "To See the Sights" to be labeled as "Istani Noble."

Skill Changes[edit]
- Shield Guardian: increased casting time to 1 second; increased recharge to 20 seconds; changed functionality to: "For 1...3...4 seconds, all party members in earshot have a 75% chance to block attacks. If an attack is blocked, all allies in earshot are healed for 10...34...40 Health and Shield Guardian ends."
Feature Changes[edit]
- Updated Mesmers in Alliance Battles and Fort Aspenwood to use the PvP version of Mind Wrack.

Skill Changes[edit]
Mysticism[edit]
- Changed functionality to: "Each rank in Mysticism reduces the cost of your Dervish enchantments by 4%. In PvE, you have +1 armor per rank of Mysticism while you are enchanted."
Assassin[edit]
- Shadow Walk: decreased duration to 15 seconds.
Dervish[edit]
- Pious Fury (PvP): increased recharge to 15 seconds.
Mesmer[edit]
- Fevered Dreams (PvP): removed application of Dazed.
- Mind Wrack (PvP): split for PvP; changed functionality to: "For 5...40 seconds, whenever this foe is the target of one of your non-hex Mesmer skills, that foe loses 1 Energy. If the target foe's Energy drops to 0, Mind Wrack ends and that foe takes 15...100 damage."
Feature Changes[edit]
- Adjusted the locations for Luxon Longbows in "The Jade Quarry".
- Adjusted the timing and AI for jade carriers in "The Jade Quarry."
- Adjusted the timing and AI for Siege Turtles in "Fort Aspenwood."
- When used by Siege Turtles in "Fort Aspenwood," Siege Turtle Attack (Fort Aspenwood) now ignores collision.
- NPCs and creatures in "Fort Aspenwood" now use the PvP versions of their respective skills.

- NPC mesmers in Fort Aspenwood and Alliance Battles continued to use the PvE version of Mind Wrack until a subsequent update.

- Costumes and festival hats can now be worn in Holiday PvP arenas.
Bug Fixes[edit]
- Fixed a bug that prevented players from completing "Cantha Courier Crisis" without owning Eye of the North.

Winds of Change[edit]
Imperial Guard Lei Jeng is impressed with adventurers' drake-gathering abilities. He has more work to offer those who will meet him in Kaineng Center.
Bug Fixes[edit]
- Fixed a bug that caused unlocked Elementalist skills to become locked on some accounts.
- Fixed a bug that caused Zei Ri to appear as a Monk while in Kaineng Center.
- Fixed a bug that caused Ethereal Soul Explosion to burn all foes.
- Fixed a text bug that improperly listed the ending date for the Limited Edition Winds of Change Costume Pack as August 7th.

Automated Tournaments[edit]
- Updated the 2011 Automated Tournament Series Trophy in the Great Temple of Balthazar.
- Updated the Automated Tournament map rotation.

- New costumes (Aegis of Unity and Dragonguard) are available in the Guild Wars In-Game store and through the NCsoft store.
