Mysterious/Zaishen Summoning Stone[edit]

I added their exclusive summons in the core category. The reason why i put those from the Zaishen Summoning Stone to the core line should be quite clear.
The Mysterious Summoning Stone requires Gifts of the Traveler to get, and those are always available from Nicolas, who changes his location and items, which are always available in one of either campaigns. On the week beginning May 04, 2009, he was found in a Factions location and searching for Nightfall items. However, in general you don't need multiple campaigns since you can wait for the accordant week to come where you are able to acquire the gifts without the need of more than one campaign. It's still a bit fuzzy though, since you can't continuously acquire them. On the other hand, the same is true for Zoins, which are required for the Zaishen Summoning Stone. Oh, i guess both stones are in the right line. —ZerphatalkThe Improver 19:55, 28 May 2009 (UTC)

Oh, another thing: Since the Mysterious SS provides all summons except those from the Zaishen Summoning Stone, every summon could be considered core. Yet you can't really rely on getting them with that stone, and throwing all in the core row wouldn't really be sensible either. —ZerphatalkThe Improver 20:01, 28 May 2009 (UTC)

Uncentered?[edit]

It looks horrible uncentered. It's always been centered as are all the other nav bars. Why the change Pling? -- Wyn User Wynthyst sig icon2.png talk 18:12, 14 February 2010 (UTC)

I find that centred text is much harder to scan - if I'm quickly looking for a particular summon, it's easier when each paragraph/section of text has the same starting point. It's not such a problem on smaller navs, but when they get as big as this, I think uncentred is better. (It also looks tidier and makes the separation between campaigns slightly clearer.) -- pling User Pling sig.png 18:17, 14 February 2010 (UTC)

Alternative presentation[edit]

Presenting by campaign seems awkward, since it makes it harder to find a particular summons unless you know its source...but if you knew it's source, you don't necessarily need the nav to guide you. Also: 20 of the summons come from the Mystery Summoning, which is core, but some of those summons also come from other stones (e.g. the ever unpopular Kveldulf summons). I think we could just present the list alphabetically or by primary profession, as follows:

By profession (example only)

Allies from summoning stones
Warrior Warrior Celestial DogChampion of BalthazarFootmanJuggernautKveldulfMerchantRestless CorpseShining Blade Ally

Another alternative would be to divide by stone (so that some entries would be duplicates) and to ignore the profession. What do others think?  — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 09:27, 4 May 2011 (UTC)
