The Paragon is my favourite class in the game. I love the versatility of this class and, frankly, how overpowered they are. I also like playing a class that is poorly understood and for the most part not accepted by the community. My brother and I most often play our Paragons together and run 5 Paragons (3 heroes) and 3 support characters which vary based on the area or mission we are working on. We don't run Monks with this group which allows us to equip Aggressive Refrain on all the Paragons without draining the Monks' energy as they try to continually remove cracked armor as we continually apply it with all the shouts and chants echoing across the battlefield. My brother runs 2 Paragon heroes and a Ritualist healer with Expel Hexes. I prefer to run Hayda with some hex removal support from Empathic Removal and Livia with a Curses/Blood build focused on spreading weakness on the enemy with Enfeebling Blood, punishing the enemy for blocking with Defile Defenses, boosting the physical damage output of our team with Barbs, and fueling the adrenaline gain of the party with Dark Fury. Xandra takes up the third spot in my group with weapons spells or a couple of interrupts and some support healing (for those few areas where Morgahn's Motivation build is just not enough).
I don't proclaim these hero builds to be perfect, but I find that they synergize nicely with one another and really bring a lot to the table when running a multi-Paragon team build. Below are the standard skill bars of my most-used heroes:
