The Dejarin Estate is a fertile tract of land bordered in the south by the fortress of Gandara and in the north by the river Elon, which flows around it. It belonged to the Dejarin family before Varesh Ossa forcefully took it from the current head of the family, Zudash Dejarin, the father of Koss. As a side story in the main Nightfall storyline, your character is given the opportunity to help Zudash reclaim his estate as part of the Dejarin Estate series of quests.

[edit] Getting there
Depending on your choice of primary quests, your character may not even need to come here. If you have chosen Master of Whispers over Margrid the Sly, then the primary quest Secrets in the Shadow will take place in northern part of this area.
But prior to that, several secondary quests take place in this area, including the Tools of War, Estate Planning, and Tendering an Offer.

[edit] Notes
- The majority of Kournan troops are level 16 (normal mode), but level 20 troops can be found inside the fort and when certain quests are active.
- These quests will affect the spawns in this area:
- Complete exploration of this area contributes approximately 3.2% to the Elonian Cartographer title track.
- Vanquisher runs of this area without active quests requires defeating around 240 foes. Including quest influences, it has been reported to range from 230 to 268.
- Due to a large number of foes that inflict physical damage, having some anti-melee skills is recommended.
- The central fort and its surrounding areas contain a large number of Kournan military, some with overlapping patrols. Pull carefully.
- Podaltur the Angry's Spirit Rift is capable of dealing over 500 points of damage in one hit.
- Acolyte of Dwayna can be very difficult to take down. Bring skills that can inflict Daze and Weakness. Cracked Armor is also viable.
