Badly named?[edit]
If you check the notes of the article, I have added something about the naming of the sword, it seems a GW flamberge is nothing like the medieval flamberge's. --84.64.116.92 15:13, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
- Bravo! I'm a history nut and I would really like to see more trivia on the weapon and armour available in GW. I think the inaccuracy of the flamberge here is worth noting. :] Hail and Kill! 04:43, 20 July 2009 (UTC)

- you failed, also .. these swords are HOT 78.20.153.111 10:35, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
- I'm seriously considering removing that first comment and deleting that person from the gene pool...but anywho yes these swords are another of the underrated skins, they are very nice. I agree that they are improperly named though. the dead sword is more like a flamberge and this is more like what a gothic sword should look like, one design anyway. Nay the One and Only 21:54, 12 March 2010 (UTC)
i was in the unwaking waters explorable area and my flambrege changed its skin to something i can only describe as clouds sword... i took a print screen but when i did it re rendered my screen ... next time it happens ill take a pic with my camera, but has this ever happened to anyone else?? its an oldschool req 8 -68.231.109.7
- Someone probably used a weapon spell on you. These make your weapon look funny for the duration of the spell. --Irgendwer 09:45, 19 July 2010 (UTC)
