The Hyena is an animal found in the Desolation. It can be tamed as an animal companion with the Charm Animal skill.

  • Poisoned Outcrops (outside the Lair of the Forgotten, near the undead groups on the left)

  • Zaishen Menagerie Grounds (levels 5, 12, 15, and 20 depending on unlock progress)

• Elder Hyenas found in the wild cannot be charmed.
• Hyenas deal slashing damage.
• Unlocking cost: 1 plus 100 or 1,000 Balthazar Faction (Common, Elona)
