- The Black Widow is one of three rare pets with their own statues in the "Fellowship" monument in the Hall of Monuments.
- One level 20 Black Widow with a random evolution spawns when completing each of the following quests:
- Three level 20 Black Widows will spawn upon completion of The Nightman Cometh quest.
- You can hire someone to run through The Underworld to help you acquire the pet.
- If you can make the run, bring a hero to capture a spider.
- Black Widows deal piercing damage.
- Unlocking cost: 5

or 50,000 Balthazar Faction (Prestige, Exotic)
- Unlike other animals, Black Widow pets are always the same size.
