One level 20 Black Widow with a random evolution spawns when one of the following quests are completed:

• Demon Assassin
• Imprisoned Spirits
• Servants of Grenth
• Terrorweb Queen
• The Four Horsemen
• Wrathful Spirits

[edit] Other notes

• Commonly obtained through spider runs. Players can run another player through The Underworld (usually for a fee), simply to acquire the pet.
• The Black Widow can be displayed on the "Fellowship" monument in the Hall of Monuments.
• Black Widows inflict piercing damage.
