A Jingle Bear is a charmable animal found within Gwen's garden after completion of the Wintersday 2008 quests given in the Eye of the North (three of them given by Lieutenant Thackeray and one given by Casey Carpenter).

- Unlike other pets, the Jingle Bear cannot be attacked and doesn't attack when attempting to charm it.
- Multiple Jingle Bears can be obtained by re-zoning into the area.
- The Jingle Bear can still be captured in Gwen's garden even after Wintersday event has ended, once the required quest-chain is completed.
- The Jingle Bear doesn't appear to have cubs in the Zaishen Menagerie.
- Jingle Bears deal slashing damage.
- Unlocking cost: 2

or 20,000 Balthazar Faction (Prestige, Tyria).

- This NPC shares the same skin used for Ursula the White and the Miniature Polar Bear.
- The bells on its collar faintly ring as the pet moves.
