Moss Spiders are animal companions raised in the Zaishen Menagerie.

Locations

• The Battle Isles
  • Zaishen Menagerie Grounds (levels 5, 12, 15, and 20, depending on unlock progress)

Notes

• Moss Spiders deal slashing damage.
• They are not charmable in the wild. Instead, they can be unlocked by bringing a Moss Spider Egg (from a Gift of the Traveler) to Emryd the Tamer.
• Alternatively, they can be unlocked like any other pet by paying their Prestige, Exotic Unlocking cost:
  • 5 plus 100 or
  • 50,000 Balthazar Faction
• Moss Spiders never spawn as charmable animals outside of the Menagerie. Those found in pre-Searing Ascalon with the same name are a different type of NPC.
