- The health steal occurs before the damage is taken.
- If damage with no source, such as the Madness Dart in Jokanur Diggings, is taken, the damage from Vengeful Weapon is dealt to the wielder.
- When being attacked by minions, the summoner receives this Weapon Spell's damage. If the minion is unbound, damage will be directed to the minion.
