Jade Bows are the ranger constructs created by the Mursaat to serve them as personal guard. They are similar to Jade Armor. In the original campaign, they always use Mursaat skin Hornbows, but during the War in Kryta, they use The Adjudicator, a re-skin of that weapon that more closely matches their color scheme.
