Freya Aeronwen
In Germanic paganism and its subset, Norse paganism, Freyja (“the lady”) is a major goddess. As the fairest of all goddesses there are some sources suggesting that Freyja was called on to bring fruitfulness to fields or wombs, in the Eddas, she was portrayed as a goddess of fertility, love, beauty, and attraction. Freyja was also a goddess of war, battle, death, magic, prophecy, and wealth. She is cited as receiving half of the dead lost in battle in her hall Fólkvangr, whereas Odin would receive the other half. Agronā is the reconstructed Proto-Celtic name for the river Aeron in Wales which literally means 'carnage'. Agrona Goddess of slaughter and war often equated with Morrigan. Aeronwen: Welsh unisex form of the feminine celtic Agorna. Consisting of Aeron “carnage, slaughter” and gwen “ white”. Derived from Old Celtic agro meaning "battle, slaughter". This was the name of the Brythonic goddess of war and death.
