This is one of the weapons from the elite dungeon of the Eye of the North expansion. It can be put into the "Valor" monument in the Hall of Monuments.

- The inscription can be replaced.
- It is worthy to note that the Curses variant of this staff deals cold damage, which can be useful if using Spinal Shivers or Shivers of Dread.
