For each rank in Strength
  • For each rank of Strength, your maximum Health raises by 15. When you use attack skills, each point of Strength gives you 1% armor penetration.
  • Each rank in Strength reduces the cost of your warrior skills by 4%.
  • You have +1 armor per rank of Strength while you are in a stance, while affected by a Shout, or while attacking.
PvE-only
  • In PvE, each rank of Strength decreases the recharge time for your Warrior skills by 3%.
Ranger Ranger Expertise
For each rank in Expetise
  • When you use Attack skills, Ritual skills, Shout skills, Trap skills, and Touch skills; they recharge 1% faster each point of Expertise.
  • Each rank in Expertise reduces the cost of your ranger skills by 4%.
  • You have +1 armor per rank of Expertise while using a Preparation, while your pet is alive, or while attacking.
PvE-only
  • In PvE, each rank of Expertise decreases the recharge time for your Ranger skills by 3%.
Monk Monk Divine Favor
For each rank in Divine Favor
  • For each rank of Divine Favor, allies are healed for 3.2 whenever you cast Monk spells on them.
  • Each rank in Divine Favor reduces the cost of your monk skills by 4%.
PvE-only
  • In PvE, each rank of Divine Favor increases the duration for your Monk skills by 3%.
Necromancer Necromancer Soul Reaping
For each rank in Soul Reaping
  • Soul Reaping reduces the sacrificial cost of your skills and grants you Energy whenever you sacrifice Health. For each point of Soul Reaping, you gain 1 Energy whenever a non-Spirit creature within range dies. You may only gain Energy in this way 3 times every 15 seconds.
  • Each rank in Soul Reaping reduces the cost of your necromancer skills by 4%.
  • You have +1 armor per rank of Soul Reaping while you are you are hexed, while you control a minion, while your Health is below 80%, or casting a spel.
PvE-only
  • In PvE, each rank of Soul Reaping decreases the recharge time for your Necromancer skills by 3%.
Mesmer Mesmer Fast Casting
For each rank in Fast Casting
  • Each rank of Fast Casting decreases the activation time of your Spells, Signets and Chants by 3%. (No effect for non-Mesmer skills with an activation time less than 2 seconds.)
  • Each rank in Spawning Power reduces the cost of your mesmer skills by 4%.
  • You have +1 armor per rank of Fast Casting while you are enchanted, while in a stance, or while activating/recharging skills.
PvE-only
  • In PvE, each rank of Fast Casting decreases the recharge time for your Mesmer skills by 3%.
Elementalist Elementalist Energy Storage
For each rank in Energy Storage
  • For each rank of Energy Storage, your maximum Energy raises by 3. For each point exhaustion you incure, 1 Energy is gained at ranks 3-7, 2 Energy is gained at ranks 8-12 and 3 Energy is gained at ranks 13 and above.
  • Each rank in Critical Strikes reduces the cost of your assassin skills by 4%.
  • You have +1 armor per rank of Energy Storage while you are enchanted, using a glyph or casting a spell.
PvE-only
  • In PvE, each rank of Energy Storage increases the duration for your Elementalist skills by 3%.
Assassin Assassin Critical Strikes
For each rank in Critical Strikes
  • Increases critical hit rate by 1% per rank. For each critical hit inflicted, 1 Energy is gained at ranks 3-7, 2 Energy is gained at ranks 8-12 and 3 Energy is gained at ranks 13 and above.
  • Each rank in Critical Strikes reduces the cost of your assassin skills by 4%.
  • You have +1 armor per rank of Critical Strikes while you are enchanted, while in a stance, or while attacking.
PvE-only
  • In PvE, each rank of Critical Strikes decreases the recharge time for your Assassin skills by 3%.
Ritualist Ritualist Spawning Power
For each rank in Spanwing Power
  • For each rank of Spawning Power you have, creatures you create (or animate) have 4% more Health. Item spells you cast last 4% longer, and Weapon Spells you cast last 4% longer.
  • Each rank in Spawning Power reduces the cost of your ritualist skills by 4%.
  • You have +1 armor per rank of Spawning Power while you are earshot of a spirit, holding an item spell, wielding a weapon spell, or casting a spell.
PvE-only
  • In PvE, each rank of Spawning Power increases the duration for your Ritualist skills by 3%.
Paragon Paragon Leadership
For each rank in Leadership
  • You gain 1 Adrenaline and 1 Energy for each ally affected by one of your Shouts or Chants (maximum 1 Adrenaline and 1 Energy for every 2 ranks).
  • Each rank in Leadership reduces the cost of your paragon skills by 4%.
  • You have +1 armor per rank of Leadership while affected by a Shout, Echo, or Chant, while earshot of an ally, or while attacking.
PvE-only
  • In PvE, each rank of Leadership increases the duration for your Paragon skills by 3%.
Dervish Dervish Mysticism
For each rank in Mysticism
  • Whenever an Enchantment ends, you gain 1 Health for each rank of Mysticism and 1 Energy for every 3 ranks of Mysticism.
  • Each rank in Mysticism reduces the cost of your dervish skills by 4%.
  • You have +1 armor per rank of Mysticism while you are enchanted, while in a stance, or while attacking.
PvE-only
  • In PvE, each rank of Mysticism increases the duration for your Dervish skills by 3%.








Promotion refers to the points received for the Sunspear and Lightbringer title tracks. These title tracks give special title effects and PvE-only skills which become more powerful with each increasing rank.

Safeway[edit]

I propose a trial-category based on Yoshida Keiji Safeway's concept (similar to pre-7hero Mercenary category). For example, MTSC has a medly of high-speed/risk mixed in with easy/slow-n-steady. --Falconeye 19:35, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
