- History: Vera J Cobb is my GW tribute to the Firefly/Serenity series. (there's no way of knowing how Splinter/Barrage would hold up against the real Vera, though...)
After three re-rolls, she has made it to Legendary Survivor and beyond by playing through the games with her trusty hero/hench team. I did a lot of continent hopping for quests and adventures, and was about halfway through Prophecies & Nightfall when she hit Legendary. Skill captures helped a ton for the final tier.
It was pretty slow going, and I'm amused at the amount of times I mapped out and ran away from battle...
Once the whole "survivor stress" was over with, I just kept going--Vera's beaten EoTN, finally been rewarded with her very own Browncoat, and the experience meter still hasn't been stopped in its tracks! (Old habits are hard to break!) As fun as the challenge is to keep it going, I'm perfectly happy with making it this far.
- Goals:
- Planning a ceremonial ending to Survivor / Guild Party to let everyone have a shot at taking Vera out in a scrimmage. I figure they all deserve it for putting up with me this whole time.
- Elite Druids Armor
- Cap the remaining elite Ranger skills
- Touch Ranger Gear for the fun of it.
- Finally finish the rest of the games without fear. (Cantha especially...)
- A Dryad Bow. (Hands down, the best looking bow ever created in GW, and quite possibly, the world...)
- A collection of Firefly/Serenity related GW lootz.
Tahlkora is currently wielding Jayne's Staff. (must...get...hammer.)
A Ranger's Leather Long Coat (what kind of tribute would this character be without her own Browncoat?) Got it 10/30.
