Low-hanging fruit balance update - PvE only[edit]

Although it has been stated, that a balance update is unlikely, PvE could use or even better: needs a balance patch so badly. In order to keep things as simple as possible and get stuff done as quick as possible, these suggestions only change numbers and values, NOT functionality, except maybe adding secondary PvE-only effects to primary attributes, like Mesmer and Dervish got.


Primary attributes[edit]

Adding a secondary Pve-only effect to the 8 remaining classes:


Assassin Critical Strikes : In PvE, each rank of Critical Strikes decreases the recharge time for your Assassin skills by 2%.


Elementalist Energy Storage : In PvE, your Elementalist Skills cost 2% less energy for each rank of Energy Storage.


Monk Divine Favor : In PvE, your Enchantment Spells last 1.2% longer for each rank of Divine Favor.


Necromancer Soul Reaping : In PvE, you get 1 HP for every rank in Soul Reaping whenever a non-spirit creature near you dies. You may only gain Health in this way 3 times every 15 seconds.


Paragon Leadership : In PvE, you have +1 armor per rank of Leadership while you are under the effect of shouts or chants.


Ranger Expertise : In PvE,your preparations and stances last 2% longer for each rank of expertise.


Ritualist Spawning Power : In PvE, your non - Binding Ritual Ritualist skills cost 2% less energy for each rank of Spawning Power.


Warrior Strength : In PvE, your Warrior skills cost 2% less energy and you gain 2% more adrenaline for every rank in Strength.
