April Fools' Day 2008
From Guild Wars Wiki
Jump to navigationJump to search
The first of April, known as April Fools' Day, saw all level 20 player characters changed into three-dimensional stick figures. The change was universal across the game (i.e., in outposts, explorable areas, PvP areas, Guild Halls, etc.), but did not affect heroes, henchmen, NPCs, or anything not directly player-controlled.
Notes[edit]
- During this change emotes were changed also. All stick figure emotes were those of a male Ranger.
- Using a Form or Disguise did not change the appearance of the character from that of a stick figure.
- When a Form or Disguise ended, your character would use the /no emote.
- If a level 19 character leveled up to 20 the stick figure effect would not begin until that character changed zones.
