Divine Favor[edit]

- Watchful Healing: decreased recharge time to 8; the healing from this Spell now takes place when the Enchantment ends.
- Watchful Spirit: moved to Protection Prayers; removed Upkeep; decreased Energy cost to 5; increased recharge time to 15; changed functionality to "For 4...9...10 seconds, target ally has a 50% chance to block attacks and gains 5...20...24 Health whenever they successfully block an attack."
- Withdraw Hexes: changed skill type to Elite Enchantment Spell; decreased activation time to ¾; increased recharge time to 8; changed functionality to "Remove all Hexes from target ally. For 2 seconds plus 1 second for each Hex removed, that ally gains +2...6...7 Health regeneration and a 33% chance to block attacks."

- Word of Healing: split into PvE and PvP versions.

- Words of Comfort: increased primary healing to 15...65...77; this Skill now also casts 50% faster if your target is suffering from a Condition.
Protection Prayers[edit]
- Air of Enchantment: changed functionality to "For 4...9...10 seconds, Enchantments you cast cost 0...2...3 less Energy."
- Convert Hexes: decreased Energy cost to 10; increased activation time to 2; you can now target yourself with this Skill.
- Extinguish: decreased recharge time to 10.
- Mark of Protection: decreased activation time to ¼; decreased recharge time to 25.
- Mend Ailment: decreased recharge time to 3.
- Pensive Guardian: decreased activation time to ¾; changed functionality to "For 5...10...11 seconds, target ally has a 50% chance to block attacks while Enchanted."
- Reverse Hex: decreased Energy cost to 5; increased activation time to 1; increased recharge time to 15.
- Shield Guardian: decreased Energy cost to 5; increased recharge time to 4.
- Shield of Deflection: decreased Energy cost to 5; increased recharge time to 12.
- Shield of Regeneration: decreased Energy cost to 10; increased activation time to ¾; increased recharge time to 10.
- Shielding Hands: decreased recharge time to 12.
- Zealous Benediction: Energy gain now occurs if your target was below 60% Health.
Smiting Prayers[edit]
- Balthazar's Aura: decreased Energy cost to 10; decreased recharge time to 10; changed functionality to "For 10 seconds; target other ally's attacks deal +1...10...12 damage, and whenever that ally attacks, all adjacent foes are struck for 5...13...15 holy damage."
- Balthazar's Pendulum: increased recharge time to 8; changed functionality to "For 5...9...10 seconds, target ally's attacks deal +1...8...10 damage, and whenever that ally would be knocked down, the foe causing the knock-down is knocked down instead."
- Bane Signet: this Skill's knock-down is now unconditional.
- Banish: decreased recharge time to 8.
- Defender's Zeal: changed skill type to Elite Enchantment Spell; changed functionality to "For 5...21...25 seconds, you gain 2 Energy whenever target ally is hit by an attack."
- Holy Strike: changed skill type to Spell; increased recharge time to 10.
- Judge's Intervention: the damage is now dealt to all nearby foes.
- Kirin's Wrath: decreased activation time to 1; this Skill's area of effect now occurs at target foe's location.
- Scourge Enchantment: increased recharge time to 10; changed functionality to "For 20 seconds, whenever an Enchantment is cast on target foe, that foe takes 5...29...35 holy damage, and the caster of the Enchantment takes 15...63...75 holy damage."
- Scourge Healing: decreased Energy cost to 5.
- Scourge Sacrifice: this Skill now deals 15...35...40 holy damage when cast on foes.
- Signet of Mystic Wrath: decreased recharge time to 15.
- Smite: decreased Energy cost to 5.
- Smite Condition: now removes 1...2...2 Conditions.
- Smite Hex: now removes 1...2...2 Hexes.
- Spear of Light: decreased activation time to ¼.
- Stonesoul Strike: changed skill type to Spell; increased recharge time to 10.
- Symbol of Wrath: decreased activation time to 1; this Skill's area of effect now occurs at target foe's location.
- Word of Censure: decreased activation time to ¾; changed functionality to "Target foe takes 14...60...72 holy damage. If that foe was using a skill, that skill is disabled for 8 seconds."
Unlinked[edit]
- Light of Dwayna: decreased activation time to 3; functionality changed to "Resurrect all dead party members within earshot. They are returned to life with 80% Health and 50% Energy."
- Purge Conditions: decreased recharge time to 3; now takes an additional 1 second to recharge for each Condition removed.
- Purge Signet: decreased Energy lost per Condition or Hex to 5.
- Remove Hex: decreased recharge time to 7.
- Resurrect: decreased Energy cost to 5; increased Health restored to 60%; increased Energy restored to 30%.
- Signet of Removal: changed functionality to "For each Enchantment on target ally, that ally loses one Condition and one Hex."
Elementalist[edit]
Energy Storage[edit]
- Aura of Restoration: changed functionality to "For 60 seconds, you gain 5...41...50 Health and 152...350...400% of the Energy cost each time you cast a Spell."
- Energy Boon: decreased activation time to ¾; changed functionality to "You gain 1...3...3 Energy for each Elemental Skill you have equipped."
- Ether Prism: increased Energy cost to 10; increased activation time to 1; increased recharge time to 40; changed skill type to Enchantment spell; changed functionality to "For 5...43...52 seconds, each time you cast an Elemental Hex, you gain 2...5...6 Energy, and all foes near your target take 10...26...30 damage."
- Ether Prodigy: increased recharge time to 25; changed functionality to "For 5...25...30 seconds, your Elementalist Spells cast 33% faster while you are above 60...36...30% maximum Energy."
Air Magic[edit]
- Arc Lightning: the secondary damage now strikes 1...2...2 foes near your target.
- Blinding Flash: increased Blind duration to 4...9...10.
- Chain Lightning: split into PvE and PvP versions.
- PvE: removed exhaustion, increased damage to 15...75...90.
- Glimmering Mark: reverted to 10 2 5 "For 1...13...16 seconds, whenever target foe suffers lightning damage, that foe and all adjacent foes suffer from Blindness for 5 seconds."
- Invoke Lightning: increased damage to 20...100...120; decreased recharge time to 12.
- Lightning Strike: decreased recharge time to 4.
- Lightning Surge: changed functionality to "Target foe is hexed with Lightning Surge for 3 seconds. When this Hex ends, that foe is knocked down and struck for 14...83...100 lightning damage. This skill has 25% armor penetration."
- Lightning Touch: reverted to "Target touched foe and all adjacent foes are struck for 10...50...60 lightning damage. Foes suffering from a Water Magic Hex are struck for an additional 10...34...40 lightning damage. This skill has 25% armor penetration."
- Mind Shock: removed exhaustion; increased primary damage to 10...58...70; increased knockdown duration to 3 seconds.
- Ride the Lightning: removed exhaustion.
- Windborne Speed: decreased Energy cost to 5; decreased activation time to ¼; increased recharge time to 15.
Earth Magic[edit]
- Churning Earth: increased duration to 8 seconds.
- Earthen Shackles: increased Energy cost to 15; now hexes adjacent foes.
- Ebon Hawk: this skill is no longer a projectile.
- Magnetic Aura: increased activation time to 2; decreased recharge time to 20; changed functionality to "For 3...10...12 seconds, whenever target other ally takes elemental damage, that damage is redirected to you and reduced by 1...12...15."
- Sandstorm: decreased recharge time to 25.
- Stone Sheath: decreased recharge time to 10; changed functionality to "Target foe and all nearby foes are struck for 10...42...50 earth damage and are hexed with Stone Sheath. For -5...11...13 seconds, all damage those foes deal while suffering from Weakness is reduced by 1...16...20."
- Ward Against Elements: increased duration to 10...22...25.
- Ward Against Foes: decreased Energy cost to 10.
- Ward of Weakness: increased duration to 10...22...25.
Fire Magic[edit]
- Burning Speed: changed skill type to Skill; removed activation time; increased recharge time to 5.
- Elemental Flame: this skill now triggers on any Hex.
- Lava Arrows: increased recharge time to 8; now has normal range.
- Mind Burn: removed exhaustion; increased primary and secondary damage to 20...56...65; increased recharge time to 8.
- Searing Flames: split into PvE and PvP versions.
- PvP: increased activation time to 2.
- Smoldering Embers: the Burning it causes now affects adjacent foes.
- Star Burst: decreased activation time to ¼; now damages all foes in the area; you no longer lose 5 Energy if more than one foe is struck.
Water Magic[edit]
- Icy Prism: now also interrupts foes adjacent to your target.
- Icy Shackles: decreased Energy cost to 5.
- Mind Freeze: removed exhaustion, increased recharge time to 10.
- Mirror of Ice: decreased activation time to ¾; decreased recharge time to 12; changed functionality to "For 1...8...10 seconds, foes suffering from a Water Magic Hex take 66% of the damage they deal whenever they deal damage to target ally."
- Shard Storm: decreased recharge time to 8.
- Swirling Aura: increased activation time to 2; decreased recharge time to 30; changed functionality to "For 5...17...20 seconds, all foes in your area move 20% slower."
- Ward Against Harm: moved to Earth Magic; changed functionality to "Create a Ward Against Harm at this location. For 8...18...20 seconds, non-Spirit allies in this area have 10...34...40 armor against physical damage and 10...22...25 armor against other damage."
- Winter's Embrace: increased activation time to ¾; decreased recharge time to 8; changed functionality to "For 5...11...12 seconds, whenever target foe takes cold damage from a Water Magic skill, they take an additional 10...18...20 cold damage."
Unlinked[edit]
- Second Wind: moved to Air Magic; changed skill type to Hex spell; increased Energy cost to 15; increased recharge time to 10; changed functionality to "Target foe takes 5...49...60 lightning damage and is hexed with Second Wind for 5 seconds. When this Hex ends, that foe takes 40...96...110 lightning damage and suffers from Weakness and Cracked Armor for 5...13...15 seconds. This spell has 25% armor penetration."

New Game Mechanics[edit]
- No more than half of your party may be composed of primary Paragons. This change applies to both PvE and PvP.
Leadership[edit]
- "Lead the Way!": decreased Energy cost to 5; increased recharge time to 12.
- "Make Your Time!": moved to Command; removed Energy cost; increased Adrenaline cost to 6; reduced recharge time to 25; functionality changed to "For 10...26...30 seconds, all allies within earshot deal +25...45...50% damage with attacks."
- Angelic Protection: functionality changed to "For 5...9...10 seconds, whenever target ally takes more than 150...94...80 damage from a single attack or Skill, that damage is negated."
- Burning Refrain: increased activation time to 2; this Skill now affects all allies within earshot.
- Hasty Refrain: decreased activation time to ¼.
- Hexbreaker Aria: name changed to Hexbreaker Song; this skill now activates when an ally within earshot uses a Skill.
- Natural Temper: increased Adrenaline cost to 5; functionality changed to "For 5...13...15 seconds, you attack 33% faster while not under the effects of an Enchantment."
Command[edit]
- "Brace Yourself!": increased recharge time to 20; this Skill now affects all allies within earshot.
- "Can't Touch This!": removed Energy cost; increased Adrenaline cost to 2; removed recharge time; changed functionality to "For 10 seconds, the next time a foe uses a touch Skill against target ally, that foe takes 15...63...75 damage instead."
- "Find Their Weakness!": decreased recharge time to 12; decreased duration to 5...13...15; this Skill now affects all allies within earshot.
- "Help Me!": changed functionality to "For 10 seconds, other allies' Spells targeting you cost 1...4...5 less Energy."
- "Incoming!": decreased recharge time to 20; changed functionality to "For 5...13...15 seconds, all allies within earshot have +5...17...20 armor and have a 33% chance to block incoming attacks."
- Anthem of Guidance: functionality changed to "For 2...8...10 seconds, attacks made by all allies within earshot cannot be blocked and ignore the effects of being Blind. For each ally, this Skill ends if that ally hits with an attack Skill."
- Bladeturn Refrain: increased recharge time to 10; functionality changed to "For 10...18...20 seconds, target non-Spirit ally has +10...34...40 armor against slashing damage and +10...18...20 armor against all other physical damage. This Echo is reapplied every time a Shout or Chant ends on that ally."
- Song of Concentration: decreased Adrenaline cost to 7.

- "The Power Is Yours!": increased duration to 3...7...8 seconds; increased Energy regeneration to 0...2...2.
- Inspirational Speech: removed Energy cost; increased Adrenaline cost to 5; decreased recharge time to 15; functionality changed to "You lose 1...4...5 Energy. Target other ally gains 2 Energy for each point of Energy you lost."
- Leader's Zeal: increased range to in the area.

- Song of Restoration: reverted to 5 1 15 "For 10 seconds, the next time each party member within earshot uses a Skill that party member gains 30...81...94 Health."
Spear Mastery[edit]
- Mighty Throw: this Skill now always results in a critical hit.
- Swift Javelin: increased damage to +10...18...20; decreased recharge time to 8.
- Unblockable Throw: removed Adrenaline cost; increased Energy cost to 10; increased recharge time to 5; increased damage to +10...38...45.
- Wearying Spear: changed skill type to Elite Spear Attack; removed Adrenaline cost; increased Energy cost to 5; increased recharge time to 6; changed functionality to "If this attack hits, you strike for +5...27...32 damage, and your target is Weakened for 5...17...20 seconds. If you hit a target that is already suffering from Weakness, that target is knocked down instead."
- Wild Throw: removed Adrenaline cost; increased Energy cost to 5; increased recharge time to 10.

- "You Will Die!": decreased recharge time to 10; functionality changed to "For 3 seconds, the next time you attack a foe with less than 50% Health, that attack deals +10...26...30 damage, and you gain 1...2...2 strike[s] of adrenaline."
- Berserker Stance: decreased recharge time to 8; functionality changed to "For 5...10...11 seconds, you attack 33% faster and gain 50% more adrenaline, but your maximum Health is reduced by 42...22...17%."
- Charging Strike: you also gain 1...3...3 strike[s] of adrenaline with your next melee hit.
- Counterattack: removed Energy cost; increased Adrenaline cost to 4; decreased activation time to 1.
- Disarm: changed skill type to Melee Attack; decreased activation time to ¼; decreased recharge time to 15.
