Kinya Province is a rough but verdant area flanked by mountains to the east and the sea to the west, currently inhabited by the highly aggressive Ministry of Purity. The area is only accessible after starting Warning the Angchu and before completion of A Treaty's a Treaty.

    • Hidden Kappa groups will popup if one ventures too close to the sandy area in the north and northwest.
    • The southwestern coastline has one or two hidden Naga groups.
