Monastery Credits are quest reward trophies obtainable from Shing Jea Island quests. They can be traded to a Monastery Quartermaster for various items at Shing Jea Monastery and also weapons at Seitung Harbor.

Notes[edit]
- Like most reward trophies, Monastery Credits can be traded, but cannot be sold to merchants or salvaged.
- Factions characters may obtain up to 27 of these credits by completing Factions quests.
- Prophecies and Nightfall characters may only complete the Bog Beast of Bokku, limiting them to a single Monastery Credit.
- Their equivalent gold-value to the player depends on the item selected, and whether it is then intended to be sold to a merchant for profit, or intended to be kept and used by the player:
- 133 per credit if you exchange three for an Expert Salvage Kit, instead of purchasing one for 400.
- ( OR, 67 per credit if you instead exchange three for said kit, then resell it to a merchant for 200. )
- 167 each by converting three into a Rune of Holding, which normally costs 500.
- 200 per credit by converting each into a Scroll of Adventurer's Insight, which normally costs 200.
- 133 per credit if you exchange three for an Expert Salvage Kit, instead of purchasing one for 400.
