The Luxon Settlement was an attempted settlement by Luxon immigrants who traveled from the Jade Sea to escape the growing conflicts with the Kurzicks. They sailed on Captain Xaomei's ship, Flying Crane, and were given permission to settle in North Kryta Province by Lionguard Neiro. The location was originally swarmed with ettins led by Smuush Fatfist.

After the Luxons were kicked out, Caromi tengu took control of the area.
