Equipment panel

The Equipment panel (default keyboard shortcut 'J') is only available to PvP-only characters. It allows for the creation and customization of weapons and armor for your character and for any heroes in your party.

At the top of the panel, you will a row of four boxes similar to the Skills and Attributes panel. They display your character's face and the faces of your heroes (if any are in your party).

Below that are a row of tabs that shows the various types of equipment you can customize and create. In order from left to right: Two-handed weapons, one-handed weapons, off-hand items, headgear, chest armor, hand armor, leg armor, and foot gear.

For each tab, the central area of the panel is different, offering the various options or upgrades that are applicable to the tab you have selected. For weapons, you can choose the type of weapon you want, and you would see the corresponding upgrade options for adding various weapon upgrades and inscriptions. Armor tabs would show you a few armor skins to choose from and the various runes and insignias you can select to upgrade with.

Towards the bottom left is a selection of colors and a check box. The colors allow you to dye the piece of weapon or armor you have selected. The check box should be left as checked if you would like the weapon or armor you are currently creating to be equipped immediately. Bear in mind that when equipping immediately, the previous PvP-only item in that slot will be permanently removed. PvE items are placed into your inventory.

After all the customizations are done, click on the "Create" button on the bottom right to actually create the item.
